Gerber High Performance Series 220 Premium Film

Twenty years ago, Series 220 helped launch the CAS revolution when it was formulated to work precisely with Gerber plotters in the creation of the first computer-cut vinyl signs. In 1993 it again helped revolutionize the sign industry when it was reengineered to work flawlessly with the GERBER EDGE® and together helped usher in the digital sign-making age.

Gerber HP Series 220 is a high performance, 2-mil, cast vinyl film that has been formulated for Gerber by 3M. It provides exceptional durability and handling and is available in 100 colors, including 85 popular opaque colors, Clear Enamel Receptive and 14 metallic colors. Gerber HP Series 220 has been trusted on durable graphics and signs created on CAS equipment for more years than any other cast film on the market. After 20 years it’s still your best choice for vehicles, boats, signs and nearly any application requiring a premium-grade cast vinyl film.

3M™ Scotchcal™ Series 225 Premium Film

This 2 mil, cast vinyl raises the bar in the world of high performance vinyl. This clear, synthetic liner won't curl or split when exposed to moisture or humidity and allows for simple pre-registration of multi-color graphics. The new adhesive system bonds faster and stronger - especially to some of today's low energy substrates (Sintra®). In addition, users of Series 225 will notice exceptional weeding characteristics. Available in 25 colors.

3M™ Controltac™ Plus Series 250C with Comply™

Allows air to escape through channels beneath the film's surface for fast, easy application on even the most challenging substrates such as rivets, corrugated surfaces, and complex curves. Pigmented adhesive system provides maximum color opacity.

3M™ Scotchcal™ Luminous Film from Gerber

This 9 mil, durable, "glow in the dark" vinyl is custom formulated by 3M for use with the GERBER EDGE® and EDGE 2 in the production of graphics that may be viewed in total darkness. This film glows for up to 8 hours and takes only 3 minutes of light exposure to recharge. It is ideal for emergency and exit signage as well as general signs that demand maximum visibility. Available in green only. Meets luminosity requirements of IMO A.752(18"), ASTM 2072 and ASTM 2073.

This novelty grade "glow-in-te-dark" material is suited for promotional decals, labels, and graphics. After being fully charged, GerberGlow will glow for up to 30 minutes. For indoor use.

Gerber Stardust Gold & Stardust Silver

This high performance 2-mil cast vinyl is produced by 3M™ and designed for printing on the EDGE® and EDGE 2. The series features an impressive metallic flake for making dramatic graphic applications of all kinds. The 5 year durability and pigmented adhesive system, which provides maximum color opacity, are especially ideal for vehicle or boat applications. Use GerberColor Transparent foils with these films to create a wide range of other Stardust colors.
